Q. How does tap-to-text work?

A. Tap-to-text works with the NFC technology inbuilt into myWatch. This technology enables you to send auto SMS (I'm running late/I just got home/I just took my medicines/ I’m currently driving, would call you back ASAP), to make auto calls to loved ones, to make an auto emergency call, to make auto calls for Flower, Sushi and Pizza Delivery, to make an auto movie booking at a favourite cinema, to get an auto football match result and to trigger an auto Facebook like and check-in at a favourite restaurant - among other applications.

Q. What is NFC?

A. NFC, short for Near Field Communication, allows two electronic devices to exchange information if they are close to each other. For example, a watch can read data off of an NFC tag embedded inside of a poster or business card.

Q. What are NFC tags?

A. An NFC tag contains small amounts of data that can be read by NFC-enabled devices and readers. It's basically a chip plus an antenna, usually embedded within a sticker, card, or poster. NFC tags can contain urls, vcards, and more.

Q. How long does the battery last?

A. The rechargeable battery keeps Angel going for 6+ days.

Q. Is it waterproof? 
Angel is rated at 5 ATM.

A. It should be great for swimmers and people who get wet a lot!

Q. How does it charge? 
We include a special USB cable.

A. You can charge Angel using your computer or any wall USB charger.

Q. Can I replace the bands?

A. Yes, Angel is designed to fit most watch bands.

Q. Can we get more color option?

A. We currently have 4 colours available – red, white, black and yellow. As Angel backers, you also get to vote and choose your color option after the Kickstarter project closes

Q. What is the watch dimension?

A. The watch body dimensions are: 5cm x 3cm.

Q. Does it have a speaker or microphone?

A. Angel doesn't have a speaker or microphone, but it does have a vibrating motor for alerts.

Q. How do I load songs?

A. Turn on and plug it into your computer with the supplied USB cable, it will display 3 options. Select the first option and the computer will start installing the drivers to recognize it as a storage device.
